This is a pretty card for my great friend Lizzie’s birthday and yes we will be celebrating!
The design comes from one of Katy Fox’s articles in the Craft stamper mag (Aug 2010) and I really love how pretty and floral it is without going over the top with flowers.
I have a few pieces of floral material that I scanned, printed then cut to make the bunting and scalloped piece.  The rose is a rub-on and the only stamps I used is the word ‘celebrate’ and the green stitched border.

Inks:  Memento Tuxedo black, Stampin up Mellow moss
Card:  white card, Stampin up patterned paper
Stamps:  Stampin up Celebrate, Technique Tuesday Hanging by a thread
Other:  Prima Fairy flora Rub-ons, material scanned and printed, black linen cord
